  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
