Joe Rogan Kale Shake Recipe
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup pineapple
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp ginger
Place ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved. Joe's recipe does not specifically call for water or ice. However, we recommend adding 1/2 cup or water and 1/2 cup of ice for better consistency and taste.
