  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup strawberry juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raspberry sherbet
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

    Antioxidant special … I think this may have been the first Jamba Juice smoothie I ever tried.
