- ½ banana sliced
- ½ mangos frozen
- ½ cup peaches frozen
- ¼ cup apple juice
- 1 cup green vegetable juice (carrots, spinach, bell pepper, kale, spirulina, lettuce)
- ¼ cup strawberry juice
- 1 cup ice
